We are seeking a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our busy client in the Frampton Cotterell area. The role involves supporting kitchen operations and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables or fruits
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes or directions
• Assist in the preparation of basic dishes (e.g., sandwiches)
• Ensure all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
• Support chefs and cooks during service, including plating and garnishing food items
