Prezzo Italian is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help keep plates, pans and kit spotless, the kitchen safe and organised, and the chefs supported on busy shifts. Your role underpins every dish that leaves our kitchen.

You don't need previous hospitality experience—we’ll train you. You’ll join a friendly, energetic team that takes pride in getting the small details right and making every guest feel genuinely welcome from the moment they walk in.

The role

As a Kitchen Assistant at Prezzo Italian, you're the engine of the kitchen. You keep plates, pans and kit spotless, keep the kitchen safe and organised, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand. When you're on form, the whole kitchen flies.

What you'll be responsible for

Keeping the kitchen running

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.

Being part of the team

• Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.

Keeping standards high

• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures every time.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
