Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is opening Heathbrea House in Camborne and is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced kitchen duties, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts.

Shifts run 09:00-18:00 on a rolling 3-on/3-off rota. The position offers full induction training, fully funded uniform and DBS check, and a range of employee benefits. We currently cannot offer sponsorship for visa requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in meal preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in keeping everything clean and tidy when preparing meals. Working within the kitchen is a fast paced role, therefore communication and team work are mutually important. Prioritising your workload, getting tasks done and pride in your work is essential.
