McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen in a long-established, family-run business. You will help with set-up and service, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency while learning through our training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Chefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session.
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service.
• Be a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required.
