Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our busy team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week). You’ll work across a fast-paced kitchen, upholding high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety.

The role offers progression opportunities within a nationwide sector leader and a supportive culture that recognises effort and reliability. You’ll be part of a large network serving diverse venues, with shift patterns across 5 days in 7, and a dedicated focus on health

Job description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Compass Group UK&I on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do, in their food, in their brand but most of all pride in their people. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
