Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Windsor to help keep the kitchen spotless, assist chefs, and support the team during busy periods. Full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a welcoming, hospitality‑focused environment that values every guest and every team member.

You’ll be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture that delivers excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience is great, but it isn't essential; your attitude matters most and we'll teach you the rest.
• Ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures to keep the kitchen safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures every time.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
