Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised while supporting the chefs. You’ll learn on the job with full training and join a team that backs you from day one.

In this role you’ll carry out cleaning, prep support, and assist during busy periods, ensuring every guest sees a well-run kitchen and great hospitality. Training and development are provided across our Prezzo Italian brands.

Qualifications

• Experience not essential; attitude matters most and we’ll teach you the rest.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when needed.
• Help teammates when it gets busy.
• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures every time.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
