Job Description:

Working at Council Offices

  • Rate of Pay:£12.34 per hour (£13,682 per annum)
  • Schedule:Monday to Friday 25 Hours per week 52 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Serve food to staff
  • Provide courteous and friendly customer service
  • Demonstrate basic IT proficiency
  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, but not required
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Food hygiene level 2 certification is preferred, but training will be provided
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Strong timekeeping and reliability skills
