Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef -Staff Restaurant

Whinfell Forest | £12.87per hour

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Forest Dinerteam. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 6:00am to 5:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
