Job summary

Roseberry Care at Beverley is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards. You will help ensure meals are prepared safely and efficiently in a warm, caring environment.

The role requires a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and a reliable, flexible team player with good hygiene. Driving licence with access to a vehicle is preferred due to location.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors and storage areas
• Unpack and store deliveries correctly with rotation and labeling
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards

Your Role:

As a Kitchen Assistant you will support in the smooth running of the kitchen by helping with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the cooking team. This is an essential role that helps ensure meals are delivered safely, hygienically, and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:
