Part Time Kitchen Assistant (Temporary, 3-Month Contract)
Location: Pocklington, Yo42
Rate: 12.21 per hour
Contract Length: long sickness cover, on a rotating 4-week schedule
Hours: 7 am - 3 pm and 12 pm - 6 pm, including 2 weekends per month working 3 shifts per week ( Rota based)

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Residential Care Home in Pocklington.
This is a temporary 3-month role, offering 8 hours shift across a rotating 4-week schedule, working 3 days per week.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team, providing support in the kitchen to ensure smooth operation, food safety, and excellent service for the residents. You'll work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, so flexibility is key!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with food preparation and service in the kitchen
