Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for Langford View, Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will prepare meals, snacks and drinks for up to 60 residents, learn individual preferences and help ensure mealtimes are a highlight of the day.

No prior catering experience is required as training is provided; a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is helpful. NVQ enhancements are available and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in cooking and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks for residents.
