About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE was provided in the original text. The Kitchen Assistant helps provide first-class food and hospitality to residents, supporting their wellbeing and daily life. You’ll help to produce meals and create a fulfilling dining experience for every resident, and your contribution will extend beyond the kitchen as you support colleagues and engage with residents to enhance their hospitality experience and develop your skills.

About you

ABOUT YOU When you join as a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll contribute to the success of the care home by maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen and during food preparation. You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications aren’t necessary, although any similar experience in a commercial or care setting would be useful.
