Job summary

Uppercrust at Crewe Station is hiring a Kitchen Assistant. The role supports chefs with basic prep and waste management, and you will keep kitchen areas clean and maintain food safety standards. You may also assist with SSP Stores or serving customers. Full training is provided; previous kitchen experience is welcome but not required.

This is a fun, fast-paced environment with a supportive team and opportunities to develop through our training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs with basic prep and waste management.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces, and floors.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• This is a multi-functional role so you will also assist with the SSP Stores or serving customers.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not necessary. We will provide full training.
