Job summary

The Bull Hotel Gerrards Cross is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations. You will support chefs with banqueting prep and ensure a high standard of cleanliness across kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of working in kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness required for hands-on kitchen tasks.
• Flexibility to work early shifts and varied hours.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help prep foods for banqueting sections.
• Clean kitchen equipment, surfaces and floors.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain hygiene standards.
• Move equipment around kitchen and hotel for chefs.
• Take in kitchen deliveries and manage waste.
