Shift Patterns: Between 9am - 7pm

Your role includes:

• Acting as the link between the main kitchen and residents
• Assisting chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness in preparation areas
• Monitoring stock rotation, complying with company policies, and following all mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines
• Assisting with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Passion for food with previous kitchen experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• A commitment to delivering excellent service and making residents feel at home
• Understanding of maintaining high standards and ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience
• Ability to work well with kitchen and care home teams and communicate effectively with residents
