Job Description:

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at our café located in Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness, Scotland, operated by Benugo.

About the role:

• Food preparation, including baking and cooking
• Stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties, including Kitchen Porter duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Kitchen Assistant or Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
