Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient time and motion at all times.
• Maintain high standards in plate and pot wash areas.
• Ensure cleaning schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) are carried out as instructed by senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.
• Contribute to strong team spirit and employee welfare, safety and development.
