Connaught Care Collection is seeking a thoughtful Kitchen Assistant to join the hospitality team at Waterhaven Place Care Home. You’ll support chefs, help plate meals, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure smooth service in a luxury care home environment.

You’ll bring a passion for food, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high hygiene standards. On-site benefits and ongoing training are available as part of our care-focused team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support our Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs with food prep, service and kitchen cleanliness

Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety throughout each shift

Help plate and present meals with care and consistency

Keep the kitchen well-stocked, organised and running like clockwork

Assist with washing up and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth service

Be a warm, friendly presence behind the scenes—residents will notice your energy, even if they don’t see you
