Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to help a busy service run smoothly, keeping the kitchen well stocked, clean and supported.

You’ll maintain hygiene and safety standards, communicate clearly with the team, and assist in ensuring every dish is prepared to a high standard. The role offers training and progression across Greene King brands, plus staff discounts and a supportive work environment.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
