Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support busy service in our country-style pubs. You’ll help keep the kitchen stocked, clean and running smoothly so the team can deliver great dishes for our customers.

You’ll bring a passion for working in a fast-paced kitchen, a willingness to learn, and good spoken/written English to follow allergen controls and safety procedures, supporting the wider kitchen team every shift.

Qualifications

• As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and maintain hygiene and safety.
• You will join a busy kitchen and help with stocking, cleaning and ensuring allergens controls are followed.
• You should be able to communicate clearly with the team and follow kitchen processes.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.
