Greene King pub kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help runs a busy service smoothly. You will keep stocked, clean, and support the team with necessary supplies to create the perfect dishes for guests.

You’ll contribute to hygiene standards and safety regulations, communicate clearly with colleagues, and assist in allergen controls to ensure a safe dining environment.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers. Pot washing will need to be quick, reliable, on time, well organised.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
