Pay: £12.46 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Pattern: 4 days out of 7, 7am - 3pm and 8am - 4pm

As a Kitchen Assistant for Sodexo at Southampton Solent University, you will plan and prepare both hot and cold menu items for a café located within the main campus. You will be responsible for showcasing the kitchen supplies in an appealing way and ensuring excellent service.

What You Do:

• Prepare delicious meals for our campus team and students.
• Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean, and hygienic at all times.
• Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
• Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
• Uphold the reputation of the company.
