Job summary

Youth & Co. at The Canford in Poole is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a friendly, busy team by the beach. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly and deliver high standards in a lively pub environment.

No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm; we offer weekly pay, 28 days holiday, free meals, and opportunities to train through our Apprenticeship Scheme and Chef Academy.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Kitchen Assistant or someone starting their hospitality career, with a passion to work within a reliable team that delivers high quality standards.
