Job summary

Gloucester Services is seeking friendly staff to join the Filling Station team, ensuring breakfast items and baked goods are constantly stocked for visitors.

You will prepare baguettes with fresh ingredients, maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene guidelines, and assist at the Deli counter by making coffees and serving on the tills. A positive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn are essential; full training is provided.

Job description

As part of the Filling Station team you will work efficiently to ensure your colleagues have a continuous supply of breakfast items like sausages, bacon and warm rolls as well as baguettes, sausage rolls and pies for the lunchtime rush as well as other key times to ensure availability for our visiting customers.

You will take care when preparing our baguettes to make sure all the ingredients are fresh and they are made to our high standards, you will need to ensure that our food items are kept replenished throughout the day to ensure customers are encouraged to buy our freshly prepared products.

You will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen areas and follow all relevant food hygiene and allergen guidelines.

You will also support your colleagues on the Deli counter, making coffees and serving customers on the tills.

You should have apositive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customerservice and a willingness to learn about our products.If you have previousexperience in a food production environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give youknowledge of all our products and how we work at the WestmorlandFamily.
