Key Responsibilities:

• Support Chefs in planning and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs
• Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals
• Ensure all food meets Food Hygiene Standards and safe work practices are followed
• Manage stock and supplies, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation
• Maintain accurate records, including fridge temperature checks, to meet hygiene standards

About You:

• Experience in a catering role, preferably in a care or similar environment
• Commitment to customer care and service excellence
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
• Empathy and a desire to positively impact residents' lives
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and work independently
