Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the area remains clean and organised for service. You will assist the team to deliver quality dishes and a safe, efficient service.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
