Job summary

Hungry Horse is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help keep a busy kitchen running smoothly. You'll ensure the kitchen is well stocked, clean and that the team has everything they need to deliver great meals to our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food prep area is preferred.
• Good spoken English for communication and safety.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.

• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
