Qualifications

  • Experience in a catering role, preferably in a care or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

Role responsibilities
  • Assist Chefs in planning and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs
  • Prepare and serve balanced meals meeting dietary requirements
  • Ensure all food meets Food Hygiene Standards and safe working practices are followed
  • Manage stocks and stores, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation
  • Maintain accurate records, such as fridge temperature checks, to comply with hygiene standards
About You
  • Experience in a catering role, preferably in a care or similar environment
  • Committed to customer care and service excellence
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
  • Empathetic with a desire to positively impact residents' lives
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work independently
