Our ideal candidate gets stuck into any task, providing the assistance and preparation that enables our award-winning chefs to deliver fantastic dishes encouraging our guests to sample the finer things in life. The ambitious and willing can progress through the ranks in our two rosette kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Collect and wash up kitchen crockery and utensils.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• Uphold high levels of food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Although experience is not normally essential, some experience of the kitchen environment and typical kitchen hours would be beneficial.
• H&S and COSHH training will be provided.

This role will equip you with many of the basic skills and training needed to start your career - for the ambitious this role could be the start of your Chef journey with us.
