We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Our goal is to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. We value positive energy and aim to build a diverse community where careers matter.

As a Kitchen Assistant, your main duties will include:

• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and food is stored correctly
• Preparing cold kitchen food items as instructed by the Larder Chef
• Ensuring the menu and allergen information are correct and available daily
• Food preparation in line with the weekly forecasted menu
• Completing food safety, fire training, and manual handling
• Preparing and serving dishes according to SOP and company standards
• Working 40 hours per week on a shift rota
