Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Assistant

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen for service or trading sessions
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment
• Ensure availability of clean crockery and cutlery during service
• Be a team player, helping chefs as needed

Compensation: £13.76 per hour (£12.26 + £1.50 service charge, based on service charge paid out 1/10/23 - 31/12/23)
