Loveday & Co. offers care services in both traditional care homes and specialised rehabilitation facilities. The Sous Chef is second-in-command to the Head Chef in the Loveday kitchen. They are responsible for food production and assume the role of Head Chef in their absence. An important role in the kitchen, the Sous Chef ensures the smooth day-to-day running of food preparation and working practices. They are responsible for maintaining high standards to ensure members’ dining experiences are excellent. The Sous Chef also supports the personal development of the Chef de Partie.
