Outcomes First Group is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join their team at Brick Lane School, London. This role supports the Catering Manager and ensures high standards of food preparation and kitchen cleanliness. As part of an innovative 4-Day Working Week trial, you will enjoy a better work/life balance while positively impacting the lives of students with autism.

Assist the Catering Manager with food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and ensuring meal standards are met.

Work-Life Balance
You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay. The 4DWW is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
