Job Description

The kitchen assistant plays a vital role in our casino operations. Our customers enjoy a wide range of quality, fresh menu options, and you will support this by assisting chefs in preparing meals and contributing to our home delivery service.

You will:

• Welcome customers warmly

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
• Support chefs in delivering high-quality food
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including alcohol licensing, food safety, hygiene, and safer gambling
• Maintain high operational standards in all food service areas
• Complete necessary paperwork for due diligence
• Assist in ingredient preparation

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality role
• (Preferred) Experience in a multifaceted role
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively across the business
• Strong communication skills
