Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a Kitchen Assistant on a zero-hours, casual basis to support operations across our client sites. You will join a dynamic team, helping to prepare meals, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with deliveries while upholding CH&CO’s brand standards.

We value reliability, flexibility and a proactive attitude, with opportunities for development and exposure to a supportive leadership team within Compass Group UK&I.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensure proper use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assist with loading or unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Represent CH&CO and uphold the brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
