Our stunning care home, Adel Manor Care Centre, is a purpose-built facility located in the popular northern suburb of Leeds, West Yorkshire. The home is registered to provide care to 74 residents with diverse needs, including residential, nursing, and dementia care. We are committed to the New Care vision of delivering the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care. We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful program of daily activities and gentle exercises to enhance residents' experience, care, and wellbeing. All team members are carefully selected for their warmth and passion, undergo a full induction, and receive ongoing training from our in-house trainers in conjunction with the New Care Academy. We pride ourselves on having a permanent staff team with over four years of zero agency usage, ensuring continuity of care from staff who know and residents trust. Across New Care, all staff are paid above the national minimum wage.
We are seeking to appoint a kind, organized, and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting with meal preparation for residents and external visitors. We offer a 35-hour contract with an excellent hourly rate of £12.21. Shift times are 08:00-19:00, with alternate weekends off.
