Hours: Full-Time (5 days out of 7, 10:00am - 6:00pm)

Are you passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team in Inverness.

About The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• Support chefs with daily kitchen tasks
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Good time management and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
