Job summary

Bespoke by Smith & Brock, a premium food production venture from Smith & Brock Ltd, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help run the day-to-day in a fast-growing team. You’ll contribute to cleanliness, prep support, and broader kitchen operations.

We offer day shifts, weekends off, cost-price groceries, and a supportive, family-run culture. Salary ranges from £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, with earned wage access and a birthday holiday.

Responsibilities

• Supporting chefs with food preparation.
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and waste management.
• Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown.
• Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, taking on additional tasks where needed.

The Role: Kitchen Assistant

As Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional KArole,as a new and growing business,you’llalso be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed.
