Job summary

Lambwood Heights in Chigwell is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our catering team in delivering nutritious meals with care and attention to residents.

You will help with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy kitchen. Training is provided, and a positive, team-focused approach is valued.

Hours are 40 per week, with day shifts; full-time contract; opportunity to grow within a caring, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required - we provide comprehensive training to help you excel in your new role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
• Ensure kitchen and service areas, tools and utensils are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to support residents and provide exceptional service.
