Job summary

Park Hotel is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join a busy hospitality team. The role involves washing up and assisting as a prep chef, with a mix of day/evening shifts around 20–25 hours per week. Progression to chef roles is available through our training programs, apprenticeships, and dedicated career pathways.

You should be hardworking, reliable and able to work well within a team to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and dishes of the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred or willingness to train.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash up and assist as a prep chef.
• Work with kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Help deliver top quality service and keep areas clean and tidy.
