• Manage stocks and stores with proper labeling and rotation; maintain fridge temperature checks.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Chefs in the planning and provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of our residents
• Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals that meet dietary requirements
• To ensure all food prepared meets Food Hygiene Standards and ensure that safe methods of work are always used
• Manage all stocks and stores ensuring all food is correctly marked and stock rotation systems are in placeTo maintain accurate records to satisfy food hygiene requirement such as fridge temperature checks

  • Proven experience working in a similar catering role, ideally in a care or similar environment.
