Role: Kitchen Assistant

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be part of a successful and growing business that delivers fantastic food, provides an exceptional customer experience, and maintains safety, security, and legality. You will contribute to the team by supporting kitchen operations and ensuring high standards are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the efficient running of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, crockery, and utensils are clean and ready for use.
2. Support the team with basic food preparation.
3. Use kitchen equipment properly and knowledgeably.
4. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and food ethos, including clubhouse menus.
5. Follow kitchen and deep cleaning schedules proactively.
6. Adhere to high standards of food hygiene and safety to ensure the café is safe, legal, and passes inspections.
