The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is seeking a friendly Kitchen Assistant to support chefs across two kitchen locations—within the Castle and in the Clubhouse. You will help maintain high cleanliness, assist with basic food prep, and contribute to smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

We take pride in doing things properly, from baking our own bread and pastries and curing salmon in-house, to preparing dishes from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food preparation that our members and guests expect, while working as part of a close-knit and professional team.
