Compass Group UK&I for Chartwells is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week), contracted to 45 weeks per year. You’ll join a team that takes pride in its food, brand and people, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people and recognises effort.

You’ll work 5 out of 7 days, with duties including preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, safe operation of equipment, and assisting with deliveries.

• Ability to manage pressure and prioritise tasks while communicating effectively at all levels.
• Excellent team player with a committed and organised approach.
• Flexible to work shifts and reliable in timekeeping.

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
