Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help stock, clean and prepare the kitchen for service at Gate. You will support the chefs to ensure meals are prepared to a high standard and the kitchen runs smoothly across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow hygiene and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen for service and ensure it is clean and organized
• Support chefs during busy shifts to help deliver quality dishes
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift
