Kitchen Assistant Role

What we look for in a Kitchen Assistant:

As a successful member of our team, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional standards, with a friendly, outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of an energetic team. You will have a pro-active attitude towards providing the best support for our kitchen team.

Training will be provided by our experienced team of chefs to help you become a vital part of our growing family here at the Crown and Anchor.

• Be an active, hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of an energetic team
• Have high standards and a strong work ethic, with cleanliness and food preparation skills
• Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Work alongside our kitchen team and demonstrate creativity and ability by helping to deliver top-quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete daily tasks such as organising deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment for the best service to our guests
