Job summary

Cosy Club Chester is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs with food preparation and kitchen hygiene. No prior kitchen experience is required as full training is provided and there is clear progression to chef.

You will work in a lively hospitality environment with opportunities for development, weekend shifts, and staff perks from day one.

• Experience as a Kitchen Assistant or KP is not required
• Support chefs with food preparation and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking as directed
• Keep kitchen area clean, organized and hygienic
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times

If you've had experience as a Kitchen Assistant or KP before, then great! If not, we still want to hear from you as experience is not necessary. You will be supporting our team of chefs by assisting with food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.

This could be an ideal position for someone looking to start in a commercial kitchen. Full training will be provided and there is plenty of opportunity for promotion to chef.
