Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team, ensure the space is stocked, clean and ready for service, and assist chefs to deliver meals we can be proud of.

You will work as part of Ember Inns and Star Hotel teams, with emphasis on teamwork, efficiency and guest experience in a busy pub environment. This is an on-site role with opportunities to grow and learn within our brands.

• Help keep the kitchen clean during a busy shift.
• Work as part of a team, supporting the chefs to serve food to be proud of.

Job description

With your support as a Kitchen Assistant at the Star Hotel, everything will run smoothly! You’ll make sure the kitchen is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead; supporting the chefs to serve food to be proud of.
