Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the River Wyre team. You’ll set up the kitchen, keep it clean and tidy, and help the chefs prepare and plate dishes during busy shifts, ensuring every plate meets our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow chef instructions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen for the day and ensure stock is prepared.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised during busy shifts.
• Support chefs to prepare and plate dishes to the required standard.
